Skil – 100 Years of Innovation
In 2024, Skil celebrates its 100th year in the tool industry, and launched its range of 20V and XP Power tolls into Screwfix.
OneBlueLeaf were asked to provide 10 experts to support the launch of Skil into Screwfix.
The team have visited over 250 stores providing a live demonstration of many Skil products that both Screwfix Staff and Customers could use and experience.
Over 1000 Screwfix staff and managers were trained, and explained what innovations and smart technology Skil tools brought to their customers. All had a hands on experience by using the tools to either drive some screws or bolts into wood, or cutting some wood using a Jigsaw.
“It was great to have the team from Skil on site allowing us to use the tools that we sell to our customers, we don’t see the tools in action very often so giving us the hands on experience means we can confidently say to our customers how good they are.”
Skil at Screwfix live 2023
Skil launched into the UK at Screwfix Live 2023, the team supported the launch and demonstrations of the range showing Screwfix customers the features and benefits. Meeting over 1000 customers over the 3 days, with a fantastic prizes through out the day, Skil became one of the busiest stands in the show on their debut. They look forward to attending in 2024 with OneBlueLeaf support for a even bigger experience stand for customers to visit.
